A BIG CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations are in order for William Emilsen and team that ran the Questioning God Conference.

There was much lauding of the quality of the papers, the mood of the participants, the openness of the discussions and the quality of the conference dinner.

Evaluation of subjects.  Don’t forget that there will be an online evaluation form for you to fill in regarding each of your subjects.

PUBLICATIONS
Keep a look out for the collection of faculty sermons I believe in God, edited by William Emilsen and recently launched by Ben at the conference on belief.

Ben's address at the recent ACC National Conference has been printed in the new edition of ACC Catalyst: "The Basis of Union: A Manifesto for Evangelism". (Copies are available in the atrium.)

Gerard has had published “Receiving the Revised Translation of the Roman Missal” in Australasian Catholic Record 88(3/2011): 325-336.

Remember also that we are now able to offer on site the study skills subject COM120 Reasoning, Values and Communication (8 cr pts).  Keep your eyes on the timetable, or contact Gerard for details. Students should be encouraged to enrol for first semester 2012 subjects now as this helps us with our planning for classroom bookings, teaching resources and timetable considerations.

  • The Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of NSW & ACT: Cross Cultural Gathering Weave Us Together  Friday 4 to Sunday 6 November, 2011 featuring Special Guests: Bishop Dr. Daniel Iagarajah, who will be conducting Bible studies, and the Rev. Dr. Brian Brown, who will be preaching on the Sunday and leading the communion service.
