FROM
THE FACULTY
Friday’s Mock
Assembly has received lots of positive feedback and the Dinner and Closing
Service were a good time of fellowship. We were very grateful to receive a nativity
scene as a gift for the chapel from the exiting Candidates. Thank you for your
thoughtfulness and our best wishes go to all the students who have now
finished. Our
thanks also go to those who helped to bring the day’s events together, in
particular, Suzanne Stanton, Ellie Ellia and the Student Association, Joanne
Stokes, Ben Myers, Jane Fry, William Emilsen and Gerard Moore.
Ben has an essay on “Karl Barth’s Theology in Australia” in the new volume, Dogmatics after Barth: Facing Challenges in Church, Society, and the Academy, ed. Bruce McCormack and Gunter Thomas.
