Newly Elected Student Association Executive and Represantives for 2014

The student association is a voice for all students here at the United Theological College. The United Theological College Students Association (UTCSA) exists for the wellbeing and pastoral care of all students, and provides a channel for communication and hospitality between the student body and any other linked or associated bodies. There is no cost to join the UTCSA and welcomes all private and candidate students to be part of this association and the executive is here to help the student body where they can.

At the 2013 Annual General meeting which occurred on Thursday 26th September some positions of the UTCSA were elected. Below is a list of the roles and newly appointed members of the UTCSA executive and other areas of representation for the student body:-

FROM THE FIRST YEAR MENTOR

CSU Study Link Subject: SSS028 Transition to University -April 5-6 2014 at UTC - this is a highly recommended subject for those beginning study at CSU and also students who wish to brush up on their reading, writing and critical thinking skills. The subject also covers the following topics:

  • Academic expectations
  • University culture and structure
  • CSU support systems (online & other)
  • On-line learning strategies
